The restaurant of the Intercontinental Lyon Hôtel Dieu runs along the facade of the building and its layout is based on the typology of a contemporary brasserie. Also opening onto an interior courtyard/garden, the decoration is adorned with earthenware petal lights and metal bouquets. These elements evoke the vegetal universe of the courtyards which were historically medicinal gardens.
