Lancaster hotel
Richard Guillard - Paris 8ème, France
The Lancaster Hotel is not just a hotel. It is an establishment with a real history and a real atmosphere. Its renovation was a challenge, preserving the classic charm of the establishment while adding a touch of modernity and keeping the magic of the place. The project was therefore conceived as an invitation to reinvent and sublimate the building, spaces and materials. This is a mythical hotel in the Champs-Elysées district. Since the 1930s, extraordinary people have passed through here: Marlene Dietrich, Greta Garbo, Clark Gable...

Each project is a human adventure, a crossroads between different cultures and different eras. For the Lancaster, the historical furniture has been restored and modernized to preserve its unique identity.
