The Settimo restaurant is located at the top of the Sofitel Rome and is a unique rooftop with an extraordinary view. On one side you can see the umbrella pines of the Villa Borghese and the Villa Medici, on the other side the panorama of the whole city of Rome up to the Vatican on the bank of the Tiber.

An abundant and lively place
The location of the Villa Borghese inspired the creation of the restaurant as a plant balcony overlooking the city and the surrounding gardens. The marble tiles on the floor express vegetal motifs. The color of the floor extends to the fabrics of the seats and the installation of real plants.
